By using CD-Writer (myetemplate.com) you agree to these terms.
The service
CD-Writer provides document templates and creates finished Google Docs in your own Google Drive from the details you enter. Accounts are created and managed by an administrator.
Your responsibilities
- Keep access to your email account secure, as sign-in codes are sent there.
- Check every document before you use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for how you use the documents.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's accounts, or interfere with its operation.
Plans and limits
Each account has a monthly document allowance based on its plan. Plans are changed only by the administrator.
Your documents
Documents you create belong to you and are stored only in your Google Drive. See the privacy policy.
Templates
Templates are provided as general formats for convenience and are not legal advice. They may be updated or removed at any time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
